Assedo Designs/Audia De Essa was established in 1988 out of the desire of Odessa N. Merrill to make the world more beautiful and to make women feel beautiful about themselves no matter what their age.   Joined by her daughter Claudia and husband Claude, Odessa began her journey into the world of beauty and pure essence.  Assedo Designs/Audia De Essa is a combination of both Odessa and Claudia's name. In 2002 Assedo Designs/Audia De Essa began sponsoring the non-profit organization Amethyst Center, Inc. and continued until 2013. In 2014 The company became principal sponsor for Amethyst Health, Inc.  a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to Health and Wellness and Veterans Services.  A protiion of all proceeds from Assedo Designs/Audia De Essa purchased are donated to Amethyst Health, Inc.  To learn more about Amethyst Health, Inc. visit www.amethystheath.org  

In addition to supporting Amethyst Health, Inc. Assedo Designs also makes donations to Youth Programs, Homeless Shelter programs and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. by donating clothing and skin care products.  We have been committed for over 25 years to bringing  you into your most beautiful self.      In 2009 Assedo Deisgns developed a skin care line of pure and natural essences.  The skin care line is made up of all natural ingredients, so that the skin will be nurtured and purified.  There are no harmful ingredients in our products.  You will very pleased with the results after using our products.  The product line offers Sugar Scrubs, Shower Gels, Lotions, Soaps, Shea Body Butter, Bubble Bath and Aroma Therapy candles blended with skin essential oils.
